Medicare Original (Parts A and B) does not cover dental, vision, and hearing.
Part A may cover urgent, emergency care in these categories, but consistent check-ups, hearing aids, dentures, etc. are not covered.
Any related care must be paid for out-of-pocket if you are insured only by Parts A and B.
However, some Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans cover dental, vision, and hearing care that Original Medicare alone does not.
If you are unsure if your insurance plan includes this coverage, talk to your plan.
